Default problem posting pics

I read the posting pics thread, sounds easy. B.S.

I can highlight the link on p.b.,right click, then left click copy, but when I right click again there is no past.

tried using the properties, again after highlighting,I right click, then left click on copy, right click, no option to past.

Dang hillbilly.

You can always click on the picture thumbnail to make it bigger, then copy the url from the address bar and paste it here. You will need to type the image code around it though...

You have a star, why don't you just attach your pics right to the thread, that way they don't go away when PB randomly decides to purge them.

I have been trying to learn how to do this for a few months,it took me like a week to get the highlighting down and I finally figured it out accidentally.everybody just posts the link to the pic,or artical,or whatever it is.and I will spend a hr here and there and still haven't got it figured out.sometimes past will be there, but I cant click on it.

If your not seeing a "Paste" option then the selected text isn't being copied.

In photobucket, all you should need to do is single left click the link next to "IMG Code" and it will instantly copy the code. In this pic, you can see where I have just single left clicked the code:

Photobucket has highlighted the link and told me that it has been copied.

Now, when I came to this website, in the reply box all I had to do was right click with the mouse and select "paste".....or you can place the cursor where you want the picture and hit the "control" and "v" buttons at the same time (that is a keyboard shortcut for the paste function).

One problem I found with PB is when I click on the text, if I'm not careful with my mouse, it deselects the link as I click "Copy". I have to left click to highlight, and then without moving I right click to select copy. I have my mouse sensitivity set pretty high though.

I integrate keyboard into that process. Do the click and highlight, then press ctrl + c to copy, then over to the thread and right click, then paste.
