|  Private message help? Its there a way I can set up my account to show me if I have any Pm's on teh main forum page.... Or do I have to click on the "message" button everytime to see if I have any new Pm's? thanks |

| Re: Private message help? Click on the gray "profile" button at the top right hand side of the screen. Under Preferences set "Pop up window on new Private Message" to yes. That should do it.  |

| Re: Private message help? Top left corner go to Your_account then click on your info towards the bottom it asks if you want a popup window when you get a new PM, check yes and you are good to go. |

Not sure if this will help but my work computer is running: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2rtm.040803-2158 Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 My home computer is: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0.??? Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1 On both of these computers it doesn't work. I frequent another board that is running: phpBB 2.0.6 and I don't have a problem there...... I see this board is using phpBB 2.0.4.... Any ideas???? |
