i read the faq and it says a star and privlages should apear in 10 to 15 minutes, after being paid for. its been a few hours now(6). am i doing something wrong or do i have to be approved or what? give me my star foo

i logged out, cleared cookies and logged back in a couple of times. beyond that, i'm not sure what else to do.
