|  Your Connection Isn't Private - Error while browsing?
When surfing RCC I'm getting this error "NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID :" Is this something I need to fix on my end?

It's just because you're accessing the site in https:// and its certificate is invalid. Just switch to http://
