I keep trying to upload a higher res version of my avatar from my photobucket account and I get that message. How is everyone else able to have gif's and such for their avatar? Am I just too computer dumb to figure it out?

You are allowed a 100X100 5K avatar, seems to be almost exactly what you have.

I didn't realize there was a difference for different stars. Makes sense. I can understand why such a small dimensional size (100X100) but why such a small content size (5kb)? It seems all the other forums I'm on have a 19.5kb limit for the same dimensional size. It makes for a very poor quality pic at anywhere near the 100X100 limit. Just wondering out loud. | |

100x100 is big enough. Just pick up a Avatar sizer. I use this one and it works really good. http://www.jql.co.uk/avatarsizer.htm Mines 99x100 and only 2.5kb, it looks bigger though. |
