|  Diazdesign - what`s wrong?
Does anybody know what wrong with Mr. Diaz? I`ve ordered a frame from him and payed on oct. 16 via paypal. After a couple of weeks the frame wasn`t here yet and I shot him a mail. First without any reaction. After another two mails I got answer that the package was on the way and he would provide me with the tracking info. Nothing happend. Today I wrote my fourth mail since his last reaction. Nothing. No answer, no tracking info, no frame, no money. What should I do now? |

contact paypal straight away ive had the same problem with him so get paypal to open a dispute and then the tw4t will get his self in gear and do something or paypal will freeze his account and take your money of him the next day i did this he replyed and posted it its a real shame he's like this because his chassis is realy nice bit of kit. |

if you search his user name you will see he no longer has a Vender Star . he must have got it revoked or didn't pay to renew it . makes a person wonder whats up with that .

Still no answer from him. Now I don`t even get my money back from paypal cause they say claims have to be made within 45 days. That`s what you get for being patient and trusting people....... |

So he's at it again? I've been waiting since 03-12-07 for my stuff from Diaz... I'm glad it was only some 40$ he stiffed me on.

I guess i got lucky. he made a custom skid plate and link mounts for me, and got them 1 week. I hate people that f**k people over. One day it will come back to him |
