We are going to run the 2.2 first if we have time we will run supers. Maybe we can bring the 2.2 scalers to run.

To me, the first comp seemed like no one had control of it. That being my first crwler comp, didn't impress me to much, I really didn't know what and when things were happening, but it was nice seeing a bunch of rigs there.

If I could make a suggestion, I don't know if it was based on time or not, but I would have like ot seen all fo the runs, but the way it was set-up, I only could watch half of the trucks run because they were doing both courses at the same time.

well with 17 entries we had to run both at once so people wouldnt be there till dark. but i agree it would be nice to do 1 course at a time so everyone could watch each other run. it really helps new people that way to see lines and how different setups react

Will try to make the coarses alittle shorter so we can run one at a time. I didn't get to see any of the rigs run the first course, cause I had to score the second course. If you figure it with 17 people 5 minutes per course two courses that is almost 3 hours of running. If we would have run one course at a time that would have been 6 hours. And thats with next starting right after the last runner. If you go to any big event they are going to run every course that the same time.

As others have stated, there is not enough time to run 1 course at a time.

Also, we were having a little bit of a mad dash at the beginning cause we were unaware that any of the O-town guys were coming. We were headed down to start the comp when carloads of new blood started showing up. If we could get you guys to post up when you are coming it would make it a little easier.

Where is Fred Howard? I will be coming from south Tampa. Also how strict are the rules for each class as far as wheelbase, weight, body dimensions, etc... I have a 2.2 PTI but I have no idea if it is "comp" legal.

Wheel base can't be no more than 12.5 " and can't be no more than 12.5 wide we will have to see the body that you are running. If you want to see the rules go to the comp section we run u.s.r.c.c.a. rules Or look here http://www.usrcca.com/rules2008.pdf

Yeah, I made some changes to mine also.

I am using my Multiplex 403 now, moved the tranny again, new motor and gearing, new stronger steering servo, new Eritex comp heavies, stainless steel axle c's, CVD's in the rear, straight axle adapters in the rear, along with a Super Secret addition to debut at the comp made possible by all the extra channels I have with the 403.
