Default Planning for next year?

I'm finally getting the itch again, and not that bad itch you need to see the doctor about.
Any plans for next year yet?

I have also been wanting to hear if there have been any plans made or anything like that, as I would like to start planning early to make the scale nationals next year as well as some other national events. The scale nationals fall right around the time of my birthday, which is even better.

Ben and I are starting to talk about details, dates and the rest. Hopefully you should start hearing info in the coming weeks. As you all have heard Ben has had some major changes in his lifestyle(no he is still in the closet...and the sheep have not talked yet) that put alot of MSD on hold for a period of time.

Again look for some announcements soon and we hope to make this year even better than last.

The tentative date will be the same as years past.

I am glad to hear that despite the long drives and long first day people are already talking about next year

We learn something new every time we've put this event on, and we learned A LOT last year and will be making a few changes to the format to help with the wait times. We are always open to suggestions as well, and who knows who has the next great idea

We'll keep you up to date on official details as they are made

I'd love to make this this time.

Betty will be ready to roll this time but has a track width of 11 inches.

Can we squeeze her in?

Travel all that way?

Both!

If needed I can make a ruler that'll make Betty legal.

I saw them turn someone away last year that was too wide.

How about build your rig within the rules slacker.

I had to buy a second set of wheels Friday night just to get within spec last year.
The MSD Top Guns worked out ''just'' narrow enough.

Yeah Shawn was pissed about that. But he did like the air soft torture that you gave him.

I have wheels I could use to get Betty within spec but then it would defeat the purpose of a scale build.

Betty is 21 inches overall length, 14.75 in wheelbase, and 11 in track width.

Rules state 10.5 in max track width so I'm half an inch wide.

Grrr.
