**Mods, if this isnt the right place for this post feel free to move it. I am thinking this is the right place for it though** Hey guys. I want to try to find some good spots up on Mt Cheaha for a comp site like maybe up around the state park. How many of you guys would be willing to come that far for a comp? Or maybe just a get together the first time to see what it is all about. From what I remember most of the rock up there is similar to the rock at little rock city, maybe not quite as grippy but pretty close. Let me know what you guys think. Later |

If it's not too far from H'ville I'd probably go.

It not really close to you unfortunatly. about 3 hours. If you were to come down 431 south all the way down to where it hits I-20, your right at the base of the mountian.
