They told me today you could enter the park between 5:30-6:00 AM...

Nothing would be open, but you could enter to hike, bike, and crawl

dude.. honestly you might want to get some sleep. If you go to bed now, you will be very very tired if this is your 1st comp. I am not attending so I will finish the countdown

Just got back guys. I had a great time out there today. I think Gatekeeper got the win but I will let Kenny or Jason do the finals because I dont remember who was where.

I had a good chance at the top 5 today. I finally found out the problem with my rig. I have my servo mounted to the chassis instead of the dig plate. When the chassis flexes, it was pulling the servo off of the dig switch. I guess thats what happens when you finish a truck at 1 in the morning.

But all in all, I had a blast. Got to meet some new people and seen a few that I have not seen in a while.

Kenny and Jason, THANKS! You guys did a great job (considering you had no sleep). I will be ready for this again next year if you guys decide to hold it again.

My truck did great except for the servo dig, which caused me to hit a gate. I believe that 10 points knocked me out of the top 5. I finished in 8th though so I am happy. It will be on at the next comp though. :-P

I will fix these when I get a chance. I renamed them to berg for some reason but all the pics here are of the finals.

When I get a chance I will put all the pics up here so you dont have to click on the links.

Man, you would think that the guy that designed that chassis would have thought of that and made a hole to put the servo in to keep something like that from happening.........

You can thank Jason for the courses! He wanted them fun, but challenging for sure! I think he got that done for sure. No one got a easy run at all The top 5 course in 2.2 and 1.9 comp were insane! I wish I would have got to run some but there was way to much to do. I did get to run 1.9 Scale and on gate 7 I lost my front wheel 3WD doesn't work to good for a comp course
