| Nor-Cal 2.2 Unlimited Comp 8-28-05 w/results!
Sup Y'all, Had a great time today (even in the stifling heat). It was cool to see all the new people come out. I made an error when scoring the first course. The stage had 4 gates (not including the start gate) so that means there were 4 progression gates instead of the 5 I was counting. So when George and I were adding up the scores we added 1 point to everyones first course scores. It did not change the outcome of the comp. I just wanted to bring it up so you know why if you thought you originally scored 18 for the first stage you actually got a 19. Here are the results: Course 1: 2.2 Unlimited Class 1. 1beatjeep........14 (Bulu2 chassis) 2. George.............17 (badgers rig) 3. Randy...............19 (RBX chassis) Tied for 3rd 3. The Newbie......19 (PWB's chassis) Tied for 3rd 4. Daniel...............20 (Custom chassis) 5. Rckjeep............22 (Bulu2 chassis) 6. Badger.............23 (RBX chassis) 7. Bernie..............33 (Rckjeep's rig) 8. Dean................36 (Not sure?) 9. Tomas..............40 (Not Sure?) Course 2: 2.2 Unlimited Class 1. Badger.............4 2. Rckjeep..........23 Daniel................40 DNF Randy................40 DNF Bernie................40 DNF George..............40 DNF Dean.................40 DNF Thomas.............40 DNF 1beatjeep.........40 DNF The Newbie.......40 DNF Course 3: 2.2 Unlimited Class 1. I had a great time evan though I was so burned out from lack of sleep and the heat. It looks like the group is turning in to a 2.2 club I guess becuse it is more challanging. The New RBX Laydown Chassis worked so good only the loose rock was a problem. Jason hear is the link to part of the pictures AOL keeps shutting me down durring the upload I will try my SBC Yahoo acount for the rest of them. http://www.nor-calrcrc.com/modules.p...view_album.php Last edited by badger; 08-29-2005 at 10:14 AM. I call bull**** on Badgers score! Did you mistakenly make the bonus line -40 points for yourself? Fawker I can't believe you beat me by that much. |

Ask anyone who saw my second and third runs and they will tell you how clean they were. Oh, and my chassis helped quite a bit with stability.

I had a blast, but I should of gotton more bonus points for having to deal with Dave's pile of ______. I can't belive it only had one wheel drive. Then I had to deal with Daniel's stuttering pile afterwards. Well it's time to get to work on mine.

Hey Badger, I thought my chassis was a Plays_With_Toys (PWT) chassis, or is it the Plays_With_Boys (PWB) chassis? LOL

I am impressed with your rig, I have yet to see a PWB's chassis perform that well. Good job! 8-)
