Default SARCCA Last Summer Series Comp #1 at Texas Canyon

SARCCA Last Summer Series Comp #1 at Texas Canyon on June 21st

This is it guys and girls, our last summer series. We will be moving to a different format next season in order to avoid the summer heat.

We will be running points series in both 2.2's and 1.9's this season and there will be a one time buy-in of $40 for the 2.2 class and no buy-in for the 1.9 class(unless decided on by the competitors). We will be awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the 2.2 class this season.

We'll be running both Pro and Sportsman in the 2.2 class again this season, but allowing dig in Sportsman to allow these members to prepare better if they make the jump to Pro next season.

This is it!!! The first comp of the season is being held at Texas Canyon. Drivers will be on courses at 7:00am SHARP. We are going to try to move things along this summer, no one wants to be out there in the heat more than necessary and this is going to take all of us working together to keep things moving. Be there at 6:30am for the drivers meeting and to get registered for the points series.

Here is a link on the Texas Canyon comp location from our very own SARCCA site...

Directions and info.

If you plan on coming out, have any concerns or questions post up in this thread or feel free to send me a PM.

Here's a few pictures from the site for anyone interested.

Here is what our schedule looks like for the rest of the season.

Hey Dan, If you want you can use my TK-twister setup. That way you wont have to rush to put something together. Might just have to give it the once over to be sure everything is tight.

Oh and you might wanna throw a body on it.

Save you the headache

Thanks Lee, but it's not that bad, all I need to do is figure out my shocks, bend my links back a little, add some more weight to the wheels, and change my body (since you don't like my yellow one:-(). I was thinking about doing a Tk chasis, but I'm having a custom tube chasis built that should be done soon. So once that is ready I will work on getting that dialed in.
