| Colorado Winter Series Comp #1 10/24/10
Well it's that time of the year again and the first event will be at none other then Buffalo creek spot #2. The details: Registration and tech 8am, comp starts at 8:30. Series fees will be collected at this event and the second event only, Series fee will be 20.00. The series fee is 100% (in one way or another) paid back to the drivers with a BBQ, trophies and various supplies at the end of the series. By paying the series fee the driver will have his(or hers) standings tracked for the series in the bid for a nationals spot. Rules http://usrcca.com/rules/2010.pdf -Event fees are $5.00 per class, per event. Payout will be: 1st place=50% 2nd place=30% 3rd place=20% Also for anyone who missed the meeting: All course will be 4 minutes with 10+/- gates Drivers will be ready for their course. Time will start for the next driver 30 seconds after the last driver has finished, regardless if they are ready or not. Judges: Judges will be chosen prier to the event, for this event however we will need volunteers to judge. For each following event judges will be chosen based on a list of everyone who paid the series fee, if that judge can not make it the following individual on the list will take his/her place and so on and so forth. Look for the list when event #2 is posted. We will be running a sportmans class, for this event it will be open to all new drivers, however dig will not be allowed(shafty and MOA are allowed). The class will be limited by USRCCA rules for said class. They will be running separate courses from the pros and will be in charge of policing themselves. RPMJ (Rodney) and Sikax10 (Chris) will assist in whatever way is needed with this process. Here are the rest of the guidelines for the Winter Series: 2o1o-2o11 Colorado Winter Series Specifics Location: Crawlerado Crawling Atlas If there are any questions or I missed something let me know. Alright 4 judges for sure and possible one more, that is 5 so far. If we want two judges per course we are going to need 8 for 2.2 and another 8 for 1.9/super. So we either need 16 judges (not inlcuding finals course judges) or 8 for a single judge per course. Either way we still need judges. |

Wife and I decided to save alittle cash we'd cancel our trash pick up and I'd just take it to the dumpster at work once a week. We may only produce a couple bags of trash a week anyway, made no sense to pay what they want for a couple bags a week. We've been putting the bags in the back of my truck and all has been well, untill the last week or so. Damn raccoons have figured out it's a buffet in the back of my truck. Brought the truck to work today to dump the trash, little bastards have torn all the bags and there is trash all over the back of the truck. Almost makes me want to pay for a trash service again......almost.
