I just noticed that if everyone brings what they say they are, we will need 12 courses

I will have enough gates for a few courses, but please bring gate markers if you have them.

If you can... be there for course building cause I'd like to make sure every class is set up before we tech.

I should have scoresheets for everyone.

Stacey... please bring the little signs

Hope you get to come. Thanks for sending the stuff anyway, but it'd be good to see you too.

60% chance of rain by 9:00 am. What do you guys think? Another Northshore wash out? I'd like to hear from you guys that live there... what's likely gonna happen with the weather?

They say 40 degrees and rain (can you say hell no we want go)
I say lets reschedule, every things around here is still wet, and if we get any rain tonight or in the morning it will be nasty and cold as hell.

I agree... Just looked at the Radar and there is a big mass of something moving from the north toward Knoxville.

If any of you can get ahold of anyone else that is signed up... let them know we are going to reschedule Bummer... but better than getting there then getting rained out.

Sounds like a good decision, every time I checked the weather it was sounding worse. I wouldn't care if it was gonna snow, but cold rain sucks.

Sorry guys I'm out for the rest of the month. I'm on call the 18th and got Christmas stuff the rest of the month as well. I'm cool with whatever you guys chose but the rest of this month is not gonna work for me. I told Harvo that majority rules, so if you guys want to do it on the 18th then by all means. See you guys when I can. Just let me know what is gonna happen.

I will be in South Carolina that weekend. But if most people can do it the 18th, I don't mind missing it.

I might be doing my Christmas on that weekend. 11th would work better for me personally.

It's about half and half from everyone who has responded to me either on the web or on the phone. That's just not enough to try to push the 18th. (Especially since several of the guys that can't make are up north)... This weekend has several guys tied up at Crawl for Kids too.

So... what we will to do is schedule a GTG for the 18th at Montlake here near Chattanooga. We will take rakes and clean up some of the really good looking rock we haven't used yet and prepare it for a future comp.

We will have our next official ETRC comp in the first half of January.

Sound OK?
