I was actully hoping to make it this year, the days it is scheduled for are the days of final exams at school which would be no bueno to mis. It is also a 1 day drive from us, and I would have to talk my grandfather into lugging us out there. He refuses to drive lol.

Ben, Aaron, or anyone else "in the know"...

I noticed that Day 1 will have Classes 1 and 3 running. Will they run simultaneously? If so, how will it work out for those of us running both classes?

Thanks and I can't wait to get up there in a little over a WEEK!!

If it's like last year you should be able to just bounce around through the courses and run your rigs as you need.

Ah! So there isn't really a set run order? Also, typically how many courses are there per class? I need to make sure I have enough batteries!!

Class 1 and 3 will be run simultaneously on Friday, Class 2 and Spec on Saturday. 3 courses per class, top 5 will run a finals course at the end of the day. The courses are much closer together than last year. In fact, you should be able to see all the courses from the tech in area......I'd say the courses are within a 400 foot by 400 foot area. Probably a 1 minute walk from course to course, and 3 to 4 minutes to the parking area.

Thanks, guys. So I guess my next noobie question would be this... Should I expect to run all three runs in one class and then all three in the other class? Or might I bounce back and forth between classes throughout the day? I realize finals would be a different story since they're both run at the end of the day.

Sorry for all the questions. I'm just trying to make sure I'm as prepared as I can.

Is say run one class in the am, and the other one when you're done with the first. It sucks having to switch your radio model to model. Easier to concentrate on one set of courses too.

I should have started an exercise routine a while ago. All these courses running at once is going to kill me. I'm off the beer starting tomorrow.

Good to know about things being closer. I have more gear this year to get more "dramatic" shots.

As for the beer.... yeah, what can I say.
