| cANZ - Australia - Rd 4 - 17 April 2011 Greetings Drivers, Welcome to the 2011 NSW Half Tennis balls of Doom series. The next comp is 17 April 2011. The location has been selected with a first time visit for cANZ to a new spot with plenty of potential. Your organisers for this comp: The crAwLL BLACK I will set up Sportsman and PRO course, and will accept any help from volunteers. But we will need the assistance of one of the many capable Scalers out there to set up the Scale courses for the day. Please ensure you get there early for this comp. For the new season cANZ is doing things a bit different. There will be random scrutineering at some events, and also the running order is by random draw for every event this season. We aim to hold the drivers briefing and running order draw at 8:45am and have the first courses underway at 9am. Address: Cape Banks Road La Perouse Turn left into Henry Head Land off Anzac Parade as you are heading in to La Perouse. It is signposted as NSW Golf Club and looks like a driveway entrance. Just ensure you turn the sharp left into Cape Banks Road or you'll end up at the golf club. Refer to this >POST< for more details on the location, and a preview of some of the rocks... Cheers, Mike. |

Hey team, Results are in... Nectar - REVERSE What a great day of crawling. The turnout was pretty low today, but as has already been said, fun was had - mostly at Nec's expense. There were some new faces today as well, so hopefully we haven't scared them off and they enjoyed themselves as well. The 2.2 courses were very tough today. The scores testify to that with a number of DNF's throughout both classes. It was a combination of the technical course layout and the tight timeframes. The PRO courses were especially hard with a number of tough gates and very tricky bonus lines. The competition level is certainly on the increase and there are more and more extremely capable rigs with some very good drivers pushing for top honours. Enough blabbing already....you want the scores... Scale: Sportsman: PRO: A BIG CONGRATS to Hulksta on taking a convincing win today. The time and effort that you have put in to your PRO Rig is certainly paying off. Well done mate. Looks like your premonition was right....Losi 1st and 2nd I have also updated the 2011 Series points >HERE< Cheers, Mike. |
