No harm John!
Anyone who knows you should know it was a typo. I should have known better myself. Sorry tried to change my heading and I can't.
Have fun at the G6!
Maybe we will see you Sunday!
Greg

Default Same Reservoir, different spot?

Drivers;

I wanna mention first of all that water levels weren't on the plans so since NBRCC has already re-schedule a couple of times. This time we are sticking with it, and if the spot is too difficult to make it a comp we can just go to one of the other locations in the Park.

So please keep checking on this thread for updates, pass the word and please be a little patient.

We are all in it for the fun of it, and a positive driver experience for all is my goal. It's a learning curve, let's be creative and have fun.

I am open to a lot of possibilities, so let's hear it.

Default Water Level Link

Here is a link to the Folsom lake water levels.

http://cdec.water.ca.gov/cgi-progs/queryF?FOL

FYI
When we "NCVRCC" comped there at Oak Point the water level was at 432 feet and all the areas we use to comp at Oak Point were above water, and I believe Dotons Point was under water, the lake is at 439 feet when I just checked, so I would imagine Dotons Point is even further under water at the moment.

Hope to make it out to the comp on Sunday

Here is a link to park directions: http://www.parks.ca.gov/lat_long_map...137#directions

There are several entrances to the park, the one to the compsite is from Granite Bay. Follow douglas Blvd. East from I-80, it dead ends to the park entrance. Once you are in the park just follow the sings to Oakpoint and it will be just bellow the parking lot.

My dads truck is down for repairs so is there a way we could both run my rig? Two competitors one truck? Of corse both pay separate entry fee and what not? We will so you there in the morning!!

I don't ink that would be a problem. Seen others do that.

I think USRCCA was or is considering making this an O.K. rule wich I am not gonna get into the details.

NBRCC does not want to scare drivers away, so you and your dad can share trucks I don't have a problem with that. It would be different if there was 20 drivers and 10 trucks.

See you guys in the morning.

Default Oak point closed!

Change of plans. Triathlon at Folsom lake. Going to Deer Creek Park. On Taylor Rd in Rocklin. Behind the Goodyear dealer.. Sorry for the hassle.
