Awesome!! I had a great time at this event. After setting up the courses I thought "these courses are going to be crazy cool to drive" After the drivers meeting I got straight to driving I didn't get to drive with anyone from my "Team" but that's fine. I kinda paired up with C@tfish for 1 or 2 runs. As I made my way through the courses they didn't disappoint. I found myself taking a big breath after each one and even had a shaky hand or 2. After each one I felt like I had worked for my runs. Witch is just how I like it. I thought the courses were spot on. One crazy hard, one pretty easy and 3 right in the middle. I don't think it gets better than that. After taking a little break I got to work running 1.9's. Again the courses were pretty awesome. Very challenging and I had to think a bit before committing to any line. I finished with good scores on 2 courses. I barely ran out of time on one course and had a pack die on another. I was only disappointed I didn't get to run the last half of that course. I did get the pleasure of watching J-rad and Skooter tear it up with their 1.9's. Man those guys were just stomping it and having a blast. I saw them pull off some very risky and crazy lines. An absolute blast to watch. Wish I would've seen Tuners runs I bet they were incredible. While hanging out after I heard many people comment on how much fun this event was. The Weather couldn't have been better, the terrain was incredible and the people are always great. Thanks to everyone that came out to support 801RCC and a Huge thanks to those that helped setup and clean up. I don't think I could've done it with out ya Cya on the rox |
