Phoenix AZ (PARC) Comp #8 June 4th PICS and results

Had a good time today, my truck worked very well, now if only I could do as well as it did.....Here are the pics I took before the camera battery overheated and quit working.......It was even too hot for the camera today!

We were glad to see that the "artificial" courses we setup turned out to be allot of fun for everyone. Many thanks to Tony for opening the shop up so we could have some cool air and shade. Great to finally get together with rockwerks. Nice meeting you. Congrats bktoys for your 2nd place position and very respectable positions in the other two classes. It was great to see AZ-Savage show up. Great having you back again and good job taking 2nd in the unlimited class. Congrats to the remaining podium position drivers. Good job. Many thanks to everyone for attending and suffering through the heat and helping out.

For the next comp we will have designated judges for each stage in each class. Here they are:

Unlimited
Stage 1: Grover
stage 2: CowboyRC
stage 3: BkToys

2.2
stage 1: Kevinlongisland
stage 2: AZVader
stage 3: Cars69

Backups:
Roktoy
AZ-Savage

Also, because we know the running order we can move through each stage much faster. We will setup one stage per class and start right away. Once the first few are through stage one a couple of us will setup the second stages and start running them and so on.

I dont know...I dont think I will have unlimited 2.2 by the looks of it. The Eager Beaver needs a test run, but with all the competition in the 2.2 class that could be all Kevin needs to make up the 10 points. What to do, what to do?
