Good comp yesterday. With the slick rocks and our sometimes cRazy course designs, it makes for some fun driving. And Ross shouldn't win em all! |

Everyone, Chicklet wants some feedback on the scoresheets. Tell her how awesome they were now, dammit!

LOL! Congrats on the win Shane! I wanna hear it please! Good AND bad feedback! We ran the score sheet (format) at the Indoor Championship. Its wasn't a 1 page sheet though, each driver had his own score sheet, per class. I printed all those and cut them. What a waste of time AND paper. When it came to laying out ECC score sheets, I thought that 1 score sheet would work better. 15 driver scores can fit on 1 sheet. Add sheets to fit how many drivers you have per course. We have 100 or so drivers for ECC 2.2 pro, takes 7 sheets for 1 course (big paper saver). Of all the events I've attended...I always hated seeing the clutter and mess of having soooo many drivers score sheets. They blow in the wind and get wadded up . I couldn't think of any disavantages but if there are, I want to hear them. Thanks for your feedback! |

the only downside i saw to the score sheets is not knowing your own score. when you get individual sheets, the driver can see his score after a run and kinda keep up with your standings. ya know after typing this, i guess the driver could just ask the judge his score after a run and write it down himself. i can see the benefits of not having a bunch of sheets that drivers wad up or lose, and for the judges it seemed to flow better and made the time between runs alot better. the judges were ready for the next driver usually before the drivers were ready. no waiting around for the driver to find his sheet and get it to the judge. remember i'm new at this, but these arcc guys seemed to have it down pat. also the sheets looked alot more professional than the others i've seen. |

At big comps. I use the "note" feature on my cell phone to track my scores. I'm weird like that though.

I liked everything but the water, I am still trying to get the water out of my tires! I didn't think/know that driving thru water that deep was done with pro and sportsman rigs, I learn something new everyday. |

| Re: ARCC Comp#4 | April 14, 2012 Yeah the driver initials are key (for bigger comps). It allows the driver to look over his score and all the tally marks. Like Shane suggested, you can record it in your phone or write it down somewhere so you don't forget at the end of the comp.

We had a great turn out at this one guys and I had a blast even though I didn't do as well as I wanted to. That log ate my lunch!!!! Damn you Ross but thanks for talking me into doing that first bonus on coure 2 I'm glad Chris, Jeff and TC came out it was great to meet you guys!!! TC is your 4pl ok? Loved the new scoresheets as a judge and a driver. They are very well layed out and I like the driver initials box. The boxes are perfect size for names and most screen names. As a driver I liked them because I'm always the dumbass that leaves my scoresheet on the other side of the comp spot so everyone has to wait around on me to run and go get it. I do think we need some waterproof timers |

| Re: ARCC Comp#4 | April 14, 2012 4pl and Droid phone are toast. MOST.EXPENSIVE.COMP.EVER. Good to meet you and the other guys too. OKJeep, thanks x1000 for letting my borrow your 4PL. I really hope I can get a radio before ECC. I sent Losikid a message and he's hooking me up. Just sucks that I'm going to have to learn a new radio before a national comp. I waterproofed my entire comp truck today. I'm sick of water issues. Last edited by TC09mini; 04-15-2012 at 09:52 PM. |
