3rd stop of the series is at our local Public Pioneer Park in Nevada City, CA. This venue has plenty of shade and a creek.
Bring the family for a fun day at the park.
BBQ pits are available.
There are 5 total events in this series, this is #3 of 5.
You can run solo or partnered. There are 4 total classes:
1.9 Solo
1.9 Team
2.2 Solo
2.2 Team

One of your five longest run times/DNF/DNS will be thrown out of your overall total score for the series.

*Winch not required, but highly recommended.
*Hand of God penalties are available to help get you through these difficult points.
*Don't be afraid to ask for a tow, drivers will be awarded a 1 minute Trail Karma deduction for helping their opposing drivers. If you tow an opposing driver through an obstacle with a rope, strap, or winch you will be awarded Trail Karma. The opposing driver must be able to drive away on their own free will when they are released from towing. Maximum of one Trail Karma per driver, per gate.
*One minute deduction for each plastic scale accessory & 1.5 minute deduction for each metal accessory. Maximum of 7 total combined scale accessories per driver. Please make sure your scale accessories are present and mounted at tech inspection.

Less than a day left til the event is here and we can't wait! If you haven't signed up, no need to worry, just show up and we'll be glad to have you there. You do not need to be there right at 10 if you want to run. Please try and be there by 11:30 and you will still be able to run the course. Hope to see you out there tomorrow.

Driving Directions to the Event:

Take Broad Street Exit in downtown Nevada City.
Turn right at the exit and you will come to another 4 way stop.
Proceed straight thru the stop sign, you will now be on Boulder St.
At the next stop sign, turn Right onto Park Ave.
You will come to another stop sign on Park Ave, DO NOT TURN right onto Nimrod, continue Straight on Park Ave.
You will see the baseball diamond on your right, there will be a driveway on your right immediately after the baseball field. Pull into the driveway and park anywhere. We will be all the way down at the end of the parking lot by the bathrooms to do check in.
Make sure your scale items are mounted prior to tech in order to receive your point deductions.
Parking is free.

Had a great time, fun fast course. And I found out that my truck seems to be pretty water tight, also it appears that once underwater to deep the radio can not get a signal, even if you put the antenna in the water. Great fun thanks.
