Well its almost that time again boys lets get a damage and things to fix report before the comp.

super is almost ready to go, just need to figure out where the front axle ran off to

2.2 is ready to go

2.2 loaner is as good as it is going to get for this one. d

high-lift - still on step 14, not sure if it will be built in time to come out and play. I took tomorrow off to work on it some.

now if I can just learn to drive in the next few days I will be all set!

picked up a wheely king. it crawls better than my 2.2 crawler. at least until the Red Devil went brushless. We will see if the Devil has more comp performance anxiety, or if I need a motor like the one WC is waiting for:-P

My super is broke, my 2.2 is broke, and as of tonight my wheely king is broke.

For 2 packs I had the worlds fastest wheely king;) The rear diff didn't quite like it.

Super is ready to put fred in 2nd place. 2.2 is minus a stub shaft again and hoping the LHS comes through. So basicly I may be trying to beg a blackfoot stub off someone.

Like the Cobra, you remain coiled in a loose but compact position and your strike should be felt before it is seen.

Mamba 6900 brushless system, running on 9.9 volts.

Stock they do 11mph, the other day we put a 5800 brushless in Kris' and clocked it at 33 mph. I didn't clock mine, but if Kris' did 33mph, mine did every bit of 50mph

Holy heck that must have been a handful keeping it in a straight line.

I'll try to pop in a new gearset in the rear axle today and shoot some video.

The tires grow so much it gets pretty sketchy at those speeds, 80% of the time I did full speed runs it ended up crashing.

I even setting the punch control to 100% on the mamba max I had to roll the throttle super slow or you could just hear the teeth getting peeled off the rear ring and pinion.

Edit: That was with 9.9 volts, I could put the turbo onto it to, hmmmm....

I'm all fixed now, but spent yesterday getting 4-wheel drive back, (the wife is the best tester I have, she finds all the weak links) adjusting the shocks and link locations, rebuilding a few servos, and doing new foams in the Mashers. I still haven't fixed the wifes rig though. I need to figure out a way to hold the spine to the axles and then install a new servo. She is hard on stuff!! She broke her rig at horsetooth and then proceeded to break mine while I tried to figure out how to fix hers

That Wheely king combo has to be the best bang for the buck! I tried my luck driving Kris' the other night and was grinning ear to ear for hours.
