I'm not really familiar with the area ... can you give me specific directions as far as where the iron gate is? As far as the comp goes, what are the rules for entering? My WK is nothing special but I'd still like to play around |

The entrance to the park is on Mt Bonnell Rd. It's the highest point in the city and when you drive up the road you will see a long parking lot. In the very middle of the lot is a sign and a set of stairs that goes all the way up to the top. However, on the right side of the parking lot is an iron gate, and we will meet over there. Watersedge Rd is down at the bottom of the cliff on the, you guessed it, waters edge. It is in a gated community, so I'm not sure you could get in even if you wanted to. If you expand the google map, you should be able to see a variety of ways to get to Mt Bonnell Rd. However, if you need clearer directions, please pm me and I will do my best to help As far as classes, there are 3 that we run typically. 2.2, Super, and Scale. 2.2 and Super rules are USRCCA rules and Scale are www.scale4x4rc.com rules. So if your WK doesn't conform to 2.2, you can still run it, but only in the super class. |
