|  ECRCC SPRING FLING April 10th
It's that time of year again and ECRCC and Rock Island are proud to announce the season opener The 4th Annual SPRING FLING Rock Island 334 Scotland Rd Norwich CT 06360 2.2 and Sportsman 3 courses for each class Tech - 9:00am - 9:45 Drivers meeting - 9:45 Comp will start promptly following drivers meeting A Scale exhibition trail run will be taking place for any and all interested PArking and electricity are free Feel free to bring your own tables and chairs - plenty of room on the driveway This will be the first of 7 comps that count for the ECRCC Point Series in both 2.2 and Sportsman Buy In for each each class is a one time fee of $10 Donations are also always welcome For those new to our group all money collected is used for club purchases Most goes to trophies what's left over goes to food, beverages and awards Hope to see everyone this Sunday -Rock Island Management Last edited by crawlinghulls; 04-05-2011 at 04:45 PM. |

Hey just out of curiosity Ive never been is there family stuff that my wife and wee one (she's 3) can do there or around there? park swings slides etc? maybe we will all drive up. |

There is a middle school with a large playground about 1.5 miles away, A local High School with walking track 2.5 miles away, local park (Mohegan Park). The Mohegan Sun Casino is an easy 10 minute drive. Almost forgot - the side road is an old access road to a small lake with easy walking trails (and some good scale dirt trails)
