I just received a paypal notification of refund from Nova's Ark. At first thought I wondered why he would send my money back, after opening it I was please to find that there had been an overcharge on shipping (I was unaware) and he refunded the difference. I have made a few orders w/ Crawler Innovations for foams and tires. His prices are great, the foams are top notch quality and shipping is very fast. If he has what I need I get it from Nova for sure, can't go wrong. I plan to make more purchases w/ Crawler Innovations and have refered friends to him and will continue to. Great service, I am looking forward to some custom tires soon.

like above said ,i have made several purchases from eddie and the shipment was fast , the customer service is awesome in answering any questions about the tires and foams .... i was working on my 6" sedonas and got ahold of eddie and he worked out a set of foams that everybody around here wishes that they had them ... i tell everyone about ed's foams and customer service every time someone compliments on the handling of my rig ,...yes it is in the set up but with out great foam and tire combo your losing half the battle .......A BIG THANK YOU EDDIE for your time and a great product... |
