| Which Beadlocks?
Hey guys, newbie here... I think I'm getting one of these Duratrax climbers for christmas, I have an HPI savage, which I have modified the heck out of... So I'm pretty up to speed on what needs to be done for those types of rigs..but this rock crawling thing has definitely sparked my interest...so I know that beadlocks are likely a necessity for this thing and I already plan on replacing all suspension linkages with the aluminum upgrades...but I am not sure which beadlocks to go with...recommendations?

You cant go wrong with the CC, I 've been having so much fun with mine, I haven't run my super since. I have done all the mods possible including stretching it to a 12.5 WB, Colbalt motors and Locked rear steer, and added dig. In fact just last weekend I beat a few 2.2's with 540 motors! I like my Proline Flat Irons M3 with memory foam and 8shooter bead locks. Good luck, and remember this hobby is suppose to be fun!! Andrew |
