Default Maybe Buying A CC

My g/f drove my tlt axled J/K and now she wants one. My funds are low and I seen that CCs sell for only $50 new minus radio gear. Problem is that they requirea dual battery/motor esc and dual batterys. I have a radio and reciever for it but the esc I have is only for one battery/motor. Whats a good cheap esc? Doesnt need any bells and whistles. Also, would one battery be enough to power it or does it really need two since it has dual motors even though its so small? One more thing, i've only had shaftys, so whats this clod stall all about and does the CC experience this problem?

I have one I bought used before the price bottomed out.
Sorry, but I would vote against it and find a used rig in the classifieds.

For her first rig it will be frustrating on the rocks.
In stock form, Stall is huge. Tires are not that great. Motors with gearing are not there.
