do the cvd's for the cc really give that much more steering?

The stock tie rod wil contact the axle case before anything. Mine do so with plain old stock dog bones. I would like to know if the CVD's are stronger than the dogbones (or at least enough to make the purchase useful) though.

was wondering the exact same thing. until my dogbones give out though, im not too concerned.
