Default motors getting hot

Is there a better way to cool the motors? i've been running the 11,000 dtxc 380 motors, and im getting good run time, but they seem to heat up after about 20 min, i've temped them at 200+ deg:-(. any help would be great.

Are you trying to crawl with those motors when they get hot - ie -climbing and such at low speeds?

Fast motors in a CC while trying to crawl will generate a lot of heat.

mine get hot too, banebot 395

so does that mean a higher turn motor would work better? those redcat rs10 motors are supposedly 70turns.
