Drivers cannot back track to try mid-course bonus gates that were bypassed. The Bonus Gates will be put where the course designers decide to put them. If you don't think you can finish then don't attempt them. That’s part of the risk/reward strategy behind the concept Harley0706, Sven, and Reniorbud all put in their 2 cents, so I can't take credit or blame alone.
