Question CC BEC and servo connection

The directions for the CC BEC clearly state that servo connections are only rated for 5amp and should be replaced with one that can handle more. I have a HSR-5990TG but I cannot find the amp rating for it, only volts. The range for the servo is 6v to 7.4v and plan to run it at 7.4. Do I need to change out the connector or should it be ok? Also, how do I know what amp the CC BEC will be putting out at 7.4v? Their website says 12 volts input = 7 amps and 24 volts input = 5 amps. Should I assume that at 7.4v input that it will be running higher then 7amps?

Thanks

I have two of those cc becs, one running on 11.1 v and one on 7.4v both using the standard servo wires with your same mm esc, running for hours at a time and have never had any problems. I've run 645mg's though.
