| Servos: where to find torque specs?
Servos: where to find torque specs? I was wondering if the steering servo that comes with the Spektrum dx2.O would be any good on the AX10 and how does it compare to the Hi-tec 645mg?

The metal gear servo that comes with the radio is only about 85oz of torque. The 645 is around 140oz. If you got the 645 route, I would look for the digital version, the HS-5645-MG. It has about 170oz of torque and because it's digital, it has 170oz of torque through it's entire range of movement. Analog servos get weaker as the servo horn moves further from center (or so I've been told).

i'd say no comparison (the Z590 is used in both the 2.0 and 3.0, i believe). |

i am running the 645 mg and have experience the weakness as it nears extension, especially on teh ax10. it think if i position the servo a little closer to the left tire, i may gain a little strength.
