Default Does a lipo pack need to hit its voltage shut before charging?

First off, I did a search and had no luck finding my answer. Does a lipo pack need to hit it's voltage shut-off from an ESC before I can re-charge that pack? Or can a lipo be charged at any piont, with any amount of power left? I'll be using the Hyperion 0606I ac/dc charger if that matters. Any help would be great. Thanks

You can charge it at any time. No need to fully discharge it, in fact you will reduce the life of the pack if you always hit the voltage cutoff.
