Default Who runs an M8 and can help me out?

I got a used M8. I already have the MX-3, so a lot of the controls on the M8 make sense, but there is quite a bit that does not.

For example...

What does exponential actually do?

How does the radio control speed, and of what?

RSP. I have no idea what that is. Response?

TRM(SUB), TRM(RATE) and TRM(RST). I am assumming Trim, and the first one is likely sub-trim, but what are the last two?

LAP-T, is that a lap timer?

INT-T, I have no clue

S-POS, no idea

CMD-S, no idea

CONT, no idea

The screen says ALB (whatever that is) is on. What is it?

EXP-Lets you cruve the TH or ST, like if your car respons to quickly to steering you can go - on the EXP, and the same for TH.

SPEED- You can slow down the servo speed of a fast servo but you can't speed up a slow one.

RSP. Response?- Yes, its a lot like EXP

TRM(RATE) this adjusts the degree of trim available

TRM(RST). (RESET) This sets all your trims positions to memory

LAP-T, is that a lap timer?- Yes

INT-T(interval time) its a timer, can be used to time pit stops

S-POS- used for gas cars, it lets you bump the TH. up for starting a gas car

CMD-S- Changes the tones on the radio

CONT- LCD Contrast

ALB- anti lock brakes

Anti-lock, huh? Sounds like that would be bad for the bashing I do. I want ro be able to come slidig in sideways, etc (XXX-S touring car).

How do I turn it off? I can't find anything about it other than that it says on the screen that it is on.

No, I don't race anything at all. I have the XXX-s, but I'd unload it in a second if someone wanted it. I know all the guys that work at Hobbytown in Redmond, the only one I know that races on-road is Tom.
