Question little confused

I have a teken rebel 2 and it's great but I've heard that you shouldn't use a high torque servo with it, but others say it's two servos not one?? whats true and whats not?

I run two with mine and no problems?

Was a towerpro 945 for steering, and a traxxas 2018 for dig.

Going to get a bec though.

Maybe I am running it wrong?? Don't know.
