| Sidewinder with 850kv brushless
I am wanting to sit my Sidewinder up for brushless. I was able to get a 850kv outrunner for my rig. The spec says it will swing a 12x8 prop with 6cells. I have been told it should dump some real torque since it a low rpm motor. I am not familiar with brushless so any suggestions will be great. This is my setup 2.2 class rig Wheely king axles Axial transmission 6 cell 1400 2\3a Sidewinder esc custom chassis (Tk Twister Chassis) |

I picked it up off of Fleabay for less than $20. The nice thing is this little outrunner actually had a 1/8" shaft instead of the typical 3mm I see so much of. I ordered the adapter plate from www.holmeshobbies.com . I hope it works well. If not, well i am not out alot of cash

Should work nice if it is at least 2 ounces, I would use more voltage if you don't like the power or wheelspeed.

Yeah I may step up to 8 cells. I will try it with my current packs. If I feel I would like more power you will see a order from me. I don't want to have too much power wear i am breaking all the time, but I defienately need more than what I got now.
