Sure, but the software by itself is worthless.

It doesn't do you any good w/o the Castle-Link that comes with the ESC. AFAIK, it is the same.

Depending on how old your castle link is, you will have to download the updates online. Without the link you're SOL.

So do you actually need the software or is the down load fine. Say I would need to reprogram the CC BEC and Mamba 25 I'm ordering. Will the program I downloaded Castle link v3.04 off there website work or do I need to order the castle link software? I would like to know so I don't wind up ordering things I can't use completely. The program I downloaded to my computer works so far as I connected my PSP to the computer and and tried to establish a connection. The program told me it could not detect a castle product. I'm not being cheap, but if I don't have to buy it. However why would they sell it, if you can download it?

YOu need the actual Castle Link, not just the software, unless the only thing you want to program is a Mamba Max or Sidewinder. Those have a USB port built in, Mamba 25 and BEC's connect through the 3-wire receiver plug.

The sidewinder doesn't have a USB port, you have to use the Castle link.
