Default HS5645 glitching question

What usually causes this? I am running this for a front steer servo. I haven't had much luck with this servo to be honest. I already had it warrantied (repaired) over a month ago. I run a TQ3 radio. All other functions in my radio work fine forward, reverse/brake, rear steer servo. I only run one battery for the servos and motors. I have a Tekin Rebel 2 ESC. Is my TQ3 to blame possibly? Last time the HS5645 pooped out I switched all my channels around on my radio to check for a bad channel.

Thanks for any help.

You could be drawing too much current for the BEC in your Rebel 2. Have you tried disconnecting your rear servo from the receiver?
