hi all, i want to buy this battery, but the charger i have is the swallow and it only goes up to 5000mah, does this mean i can still charge it but it will only take longer to charge, or i can only go up to 5000. thanks in advance. cheers tony... |

If it will ONLY go to 5000 then thats all you can charge, you'll have an 8000mah pack but it will only have 5000mah stored

IF the charger has a timeout at 5ah, then you will just have to charge it twice.

| Thanks JRH for helping. I know we used that method on the NIMI's and Nicads but wanted to make sure about the lipos before giving the wrong answer. I know some chargers use to (If setup) charge to a certain mah. In other words, I didnt want his charger being set to 5000mah and him charge it twice. |
