Default 100t motor?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Team-Atlas-Roc...742.m153.l1262

What would these be like in a crawler?

I would hate it, too slow for my blood. I bought some 75 turn motors and didn't like then at all. They didn't seem to have the torque I expected. My hand wound 70 turn motors work way better

i couldn't even imagine that right now im running a 55t on stock axial gears and it goes pretty slow and has quite a good amount of tourqe im might want to try winding a 100t my self with one of my old motors, but i could probably see it in a crawler if your gearing is like a 36t pinion and a 70t spur

I have a 55t myself and the thing doesn't go faster than I can walk, although my rig is pretty heavy. If that was real for a 100t, I wouldn't imagine that it would be good because sometimes you need the wheel spin and speed to get up some rocks. Also broken driveshafts all around or tranny.

GADS! ...and I thought my 65T was slow. You could try running a lower reduction ration, with a motor like that, I'm thinking 2:1...

By the way my 70s were in trial and they dont have enough torque. But I'm thinking of a 70 triple or quad.

100 turn would be ungodly slow. i run a 45 turn and want some more wheel speed some times. my brother runs a 65 turn and he doesnt like it but a friend runs a 55t and he is ok with it. It all depends on how many volts you run at 7.2 the best is either a 45 or 55 turn. a 100 turn wold have to be run at like 24 volts

anyone ever tried a 100t in a CC-01?? i have a 55t in my cc-01 but it's geared so high that even 55t is way to fast for my driving style. (i love 55t with 14t pinion in my scx-10.. nice n slow)

That would be incredibly, painfully slow. My 65t was annoyingly slow.
