Default New radio and servo: issues

I just got a Futaba T6EX 2.4 Ghz radio and a JR 8711 servo. Mamba max, with CC BEC at 6V, 11.1 3S lipo on a ax 10.
If I jiggle the servo a few times the green light on the BEC flicks once as the light on the reciever turns red, the servo goes waaay to one side, stalls , then everything returns to normal.
Sometimes it full throttles in reverse with the glitch.
Everything was fine with the old AM 4ch and Hitec 985.
It's like I lose the signal for a sec or the BEC is tweakin'
?????????? I'm at a loss
Any input would be great. Got a comp on Sunday and would love to be up and running ya know? Thanks ya'll
Edit: forgot to mention a hitec 985 for dig as well. Too much draw?

I have the same radio and I have 4ws and dig with MM and bec, and my dig servo gets glitchy at full throttle in forward only. I just don't go full throttle. I am not sure about your situation it is similiar and different at the same time.

I would say to try to get another Bec. They will go bad. If you have another servo that is digital and pulls a lot of juice like the 8711, try it first. Sounds like its just drawing too much from it.

As far as the servo pulling to lock, make sure that the Fail safe is set correctly. I know spektrum has the fail safe built in but I am not sure about the Futaba.

This Bec has like 3 hours on it tops. Could be faulty I guess, but does the 8711+ 985 (dig) draw more power than the BEC can handle? How mush draw can the BEC handle? Is it just taking all the power away from the reciever? 11.1V should be way more than enough I would think but I'm no electrician. How do I solve this? That flicker in the LED on the BEC still has me wondering. It's like the Rx just shuts down for a sec. I dunno,
frustrating
Thanks for the help guys. Any more ideas?
