Default Analog servo issues

I have the following setup:
Futaba 3pm 2.4Ghz
1-Hitec 5985
1-Hitec 645 or 925

It's all powered off a 5 cell 2/3a receiver pack. The 5985 works fine, but for some reason I'm having problems with analog servos. Both the 645 and the 925 make a lot of noise and have a hard time finding center. I've tried them both on all three channels, with and without the other servo plugged in, no change. Both servos are brand new, I've played with trim, EPA's, etc on my radio, no change. I know it's not a linkage issue because it does it with the horn off of the servo. I've not ever used this radio with analog servos before, only hitec and JR digi servos and the traxxas servo (advertised as digital, not sure if it really is) in my slash, and I've never had any problem with any of them. Any ideas? I really have no other use for either servo, so I'd rather not have to buy another.
