What ESC are you running? Make sure the forward and rearward travel is set to 125 on the radio.

Is your esc correctly programmed to your radio? Sidewinders have this problem if the motor wires are swapped.I don't know if the Novak does or not.

here is your fix. Reverse the Throatle servo switch on your radio, then swap over the power leads on your motor. |

| x2. The Super Rooster is designed to have reverse slightly slower. Also double check the timing on the motor. 0 degrees timing should work. You should reset the speed controller after the wire swap and throttle reverse.

I had the same problem with that radio. I was using a Mamba Max ESC though and I had everything set up correctly. Green LED forward, Yellow LED neutral, Red LED reverse on the MM. I never figured it out and ended up selling the radio to upgrade. I think it might just be a quirky thing of those transmitters.

I'm using an JR R1 with the Spektrum module and it's also a pain in the ass. I've had to change and adjust my throttle trims and throws, etc. Mine still goes faster in forward than reverse. Reversing the wires just reversed the problem. The R1 is an AWESOME radio for a Nitro and a throttle servo, not for use with an ESC :(

What is your BEC rating in your ESC. There might not be enough ampage to power both servos.

If the servo leads are plugged into the receiver right, check you mixing settings. Most radio's can tie the third channel into another. Links for manuals if you don't have them xr3 http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...odId=JRP314127 xr3i http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...odId=JRP334227 |
