Any batteries are good. Run times are long due to high wind motors. You can get some 2000mah batteries and have plenty of run time. You can go with any peak charger and be fine. |

I like to buy my batteries from www.cheapbatterypacks.com and I only buy Integy chargers. This is the charger I use http://integy.automated-shops.com/cg...55105089810.3b you will need a external power supply to run on AC though.

I personally prefer the Dynamite Twin Peak charger (can charge two batt. at once) and Matched GP 3300 stick packs, although I have a variety of packs nothing has lasted or performed like the GP cells.

If you are referring to my post then yes you can get the batteries several places. On the charger I went to Google and used their froogle search to find the cheapest internet sellar. I ended up getting mine from some Yahoo Store that sells RC parts.

I use GP1100s on my RC18MT, GP3300s on my helicopter, and I have GP3700s for my soon-to-be crawler. I've used other batteries in my RC18MT and my wife's Mini-T and I have to say there really is a big difference with the GP cells. Always use big wire and deans plugs. For a charger I have the Piranha digital that works fine for me, but I've heard some people say it's not that good. I would like a better charger one day, I deffinitely would like to get a multi port charger. Also, I'm an amature radio operator. I've had Pyramid power supplies in the past and I've had lots of problems with them. Take a look as Astron power supplies. Very good units. -Jay |

GP is the manufacturer. Also, the Triton charger from great planes should be looked at. It charges almost every battery type out there and has a great interface. Still needs a power supply though.

I run two different packs. One is a 2000mah Dynamite I believe and the other a 3600mah Venom. Have had great results with both. Charger, MRC SuperBrain 969 which I really learned to like. Some like it, some dont. I've had great luck with it and it has some pretty neat options. Just me two cents |
