Default TowerPro 645 throw issues

OK, so I've had this TP645 for a while I put it on the shelf after getting into the Hitecs. Now I had to send my Hitec off for repair and I'm dong testing with the TP again.

The servo has more throw one way than the other, it is very obvious that it is turning more one way than the other with the servo horn on there not even connected to the truck. This is happening with the old 645 and also with a brand new 645 that I won at the AZ summer shootout. So maybe it's some other problem?

My setup: DX3, Rooster Crawler, 45t, 7 cell saddle packs in a mostly stock AX-10.

I have the trims and epas adjusted the same on the DX3 and have tried almost anything I can think of adjustment-wise on the Radio. Can't think of anything else it could be...nothing in my setup has clearance issues, everything moves to full lock with no servo attached.

Any ideas or help is appreciated..
