|  question regarding the Hitec HS-7985MG servo
heya all, please forgive the noobish-ness of this question but here goes. I ordered an axial ax10 kit and it should arrive soon. I decided to head to my LHS to see what they had for servos. I grabbed the Hitec HS-7985MG (80bux) while there I also got the rooster crawler esc/55t motor combo (110bux) My question is thus, will the BEC in the ESC be powerful enough for the servo? thanks for reading |

if you are not running dig it probly will but it will be under powered because the esc bec is probly not 6.0 volts. will it work-yes will it be as powerful as you want it-no |

The Rooster bec is 6v 5 amp, that servo will work fine, even with a dig.

cool, thanks for the responses I won't be running a dig unit, yet anyhow, just front steering. |
