i just went to the JR site, /www.jrradios.com and they have some awsome servos, for the price. the reason i ask what servo is i have a 2.2 that i just broke 2 tower pro 945's and i need a new servo. i broke the case and the servo wont self center or wont adjust with the steering trim. the other one wont work at all. but i think i might go with one of these jr servos.

| 5955 TG in Axial Scorpion
with Losi rock claws. I also use a separate castle 10 amp CC-BEC wired around my Novak Goat receiver to provide power to the servo. (as an ex NASA engineer, I believe in lots of margin)

| That servo has been discontinued. The replacement if you can't find one is the Hitec HS7955-TG. 333 oz of torque @ 6.0V. For a 2.2 I recomend the higher torque servo, it will help you get out of binds better. For a Super the Hitec HS5998-TG or HS7998-TG at 417 oz torque at 7.2V will git'er done. |

| I would go bigger than the 5645. You'll be able to up the voltage with the CC bec to get a little more power out of it but still not near enough in my book. If you are not seriously competing you might get by but you'll end up wishing you had more at times.

Im my Axial based 2.2 comp rig i use the JR DS8711 Ultra Torque SX Digital Servo for steering (403oz/in @ 6V) and i use the JR Z9100T Digital Ultra Hi-Torque for dig servo (370 oz/in @ 6V) ....yeah it's overkill, but I love it |
