GOOD LUCK!

I contacted them with a problem and they said I would have to buy a new esc... They didn't even look at the dang thing! I asked them if they wanted me to send it in and they said no... So I asked are you going to do anything to help me out? His reply was Sorry, nothing we can do. So I said well I guess I'll just buy castle stuff from now on... He said "Whatever"! I was so pissed I could feel my heartbeat in my forehead!!!

Here is a e-mail response from Frank at Quark when I was asking about repair for my 22A... I never bothered to send it in, but I still have it.

Eric,
It is hard to say what caused the problem, but being that your unit is out of warranty, we have a 50% replacement program. So, you can get a new 22A PC for $33. Then it will be $18 more to upgrade to a 33A. So then $52 plus $10 shipping and handling.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Frank
