Default Copper?

Has anyone used copper sheeting to control glitching? I have been told that it is somthing the military does in the remote spy planes.

Are you refering to shielding a servo or ESC? Like the foil wrapped around comm wires and such?
It would protect from RF interference a bit if that is what is causing your difficulties.
Not as clean, but easier to install would be foil tape. $4/2" wide roll at the hardware.
Would make your servo look like something from the lunar lander. (BTW, that's why spacecraft look that way)

If around your ESC, be careful not to contact actual copper cooling fets (sp?) from the ESC. It's ok to contact the alum heatsink, but not the individual fets.

Be the guinea pig and do some trials and report back the results!!
