Default Kind of confused - DX3R help.

Ok, I am loving the DX3R but the thing is weird. When I setup everything earlier today with Castle on the phone we got it all to work. Yes, I am new to this technology. I am used to 2 channel am from years ago. Anyway it worked great. I came back from work and turned it on and I have no throttle response at all. I searched and searched and have found issues galore but nothing works.

I reset endpoints.
I rebound.
I re-calibrated the esc.

I know I should read more, but I have read for hours today on these things.

MM/BEC/7T/1500's/5955/225

THanks for the help.

There have been a few models that would loose their bind. Mine has done it a couple times. You can sent it in and they will fix it, but they say once you re-bind a time or 2 you wont have the problem. Mine hasn't messed up on me in a long time and it only happened twice.

On the Castle there is a setting to change the start up time. It needs to be higher when using a spektrum to allow the receiver and DX3R connect.

Weird thing is now I turned it on and it worked? I have the rate on the DX3R set to 16.5 right now. Was that it?

Chops - how would I know other than having the issue? Were there specific models?

BT - I will check the castle software.

go to the spektrum website and they have the serial numbers that were affected by this problem

I don't think the frame rate would affect the binding. I could be wrong though. I know some esc's wont work because of the delay when the tx and rx first "see" each other during start up. I guess if you can use the Castle software to allow it to work I would start there. My TX's serial # is included in the list on the Spektrum site but I have not sent mine in since it hasn't messed up since those first couple times.
